Day 1: July 12, 2019
The driver picked us up in the airport.

18:30 Dinner: Thom Yum Goong (Spicy Lemongrass Soup with Prawn), Stor froed morning glory & coconet juice

Day 2: Jul 13, 2019
07:00 Breakfast: Poached eggs & Veggies
08:00 - 09:30 Fitness test at x-track: burpees (no push-up), push-up and sit up. 30-run-20-run-10-run.
09:30 - 10:15 Walk to Perm School
10:15 - 11:30 Pool Games at the Prem School
11:30 - 12:15 Walk back to Pavana
12:15 Lunch: Organic Salad with grilled chicken & coconut juice

13:30 - 14:30 Muay Thai technique at Cloud 9 Sala
14:45 - 15:45 Kettle Bell & Strength Lesson at Cloud 9 Sala
16:00 - 17:00 Stretching at swimming pool
17:30 Dinner: Green Curry with chicken & Steam green veggies (kale, broccoli & morning glory)
18:15 - 19:15 Massage
Day 3: Jul 14, 2019
07:00 - 08:00 Power walk
